About
LongevityCliniq is a free set of measurement tools. You enter your own numbers, and the site shows you where those numbers sit in the population distribution for your age band and sex. There is no clinic, nothing to buy and no test to order.

Why it exists
Most people meet their own health numbers in one of two places: a clinic letter written for another clinician, or an app that turns everything into a proprietary score out of a hundred. Neither tells you the one thing you actually want to know — is this normal for someone like me? Published population data answers that, and it is sitting in journals and national surveys where almost nobody reads it. This site is a thin, readable layer over that data.
What we believe
A number is only useful with a crowd around it
A resting pulse of 68 means nothing on its own. Next to the distribution for 45-year-old men it becomes readable in a second. That translation is the entire product.
Hidden scoring is not science
Wellness scores are usually opaque on purpose, because the arithmetic is thinner than the marketing. Every weight and breakpoint here is printed on a public page.
The honest answer is often 'this is noisy'
Self-measurement varies. Reference samples are imperfect. We say so on the page rather than dressing an estimate up as a measurement.
No funnel at the end
There is no consultation, no supplement, no panel to order. Nothing on the site is designed to make a result feel alarming.
What this is not
It is not a medical device, a diagnostic service or a clinic. The tools do not diagnose, treat, predict or prognose disease. They compare a self-reported measurement with published population data and give you general wellness information — nothing more, and deliberately so.
