Privacy

The short version: assessments run in your browser, we never receive the numbers you type, and there is no account to create. The longer version is below.

What happens to the numbers you enter

Every assessment runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript on the page. Your waist measurement, pulse, sleep hours or lifestyle answers are never transmitted to us, never written to a database and never logged. Refresh the page and they are gone.

    Health data and consent

Assessment answers are health data under Article 9 of the GDPR. Because of that, nothing you type is stored anywhere unless you explicitly opt in to saving a result, with a separate, specific consent step that names exactly what would be kept and for how long. There is no implied consent and no pre-ticked box.

    What we do collect

Standard web server request data (page requested, timestamp, coarse location derived from IP, browser type) for security and aggregate traffic counts, plus privacy-respecting analytics of page views. None of it is joined to assessment inputs, because those never reach a server in the first place.

    Cookies

The site works without any advertising or profiling cookies. Anything stored locally is functional — for example remembering that you dismissed a notice, or your unit preference — and stays in your own browser.

    Email you send us

If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer, and for a reasonable record of corrections made to published data. Please do not include clinical details or documents in an email.

    Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. We use a hosting provider and an analytics provider as processors; both are bound to process data only on our instructions.

    Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, export of or deletion of anything we hold about you, and you can object to processing or complain to your national data protection authority. Since assessments are not stored, most requests concern email correspondence only.

    Children

The tools reference adult population data and are not intended for anyone under 18.
